Common questions
What counts as processing time?+
The duration of video you upload, not wall-clock processing time. A 2-hour video uses 2 hours of quota.
Do purchased hours expire?+
Never. Top-up hours are added permanently to your account's processing capacity. Only your free weekly allowance resets on Mondays.
Can I process multiple videos?+
Yes, as long as you have enough quota. You can have multiple jobs running simultaneously.
What formats are supported?+
MP4, AVI, MOV, and MKV files up to 10GB.
What happens if processing fails?+
Failed jobs do not consume quota. You can retry without losing any hours.
Can I get a refund?+
Unused purchased hours can be refunded within 24 hours. Once quota has been consumed by processing, it cannot be refunded. Contact billing@tallyroad.co.za.
